Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, send us a message or receive text messages from Influence. The site is operated by Influence Media LLC, doing business as Influence Studios, Influence Rentals and Influence Marketing, 7018 N 57th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.

Sending a message creates no obligation on either side. Studio bookings and gear rentals are governed by the terms and rental agreement each company’s booking flow shows when you book. Productions and marketing work are governed by the written proposal or service agreement for that engagement; where it differs from this page, the signed agreement controls.

You may browse and share this site for your own use. Please do not copy its content, photography or video for another purpose, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information that is not yours. Results described on this site are the results of specific past engagements; every business is different and no outcome is guaranteed.

The photography, video and copy on this site belong to Influence, the Influence family or the clients who allowed us to show their work. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show work the team has done.

Program. Influence sends texts to people who opt in on a form on this site: replies about your inquiry and, only if you tick the marketing box, occasional offers and news.

Frequency and rates. Replies about your inquiry are sent as needed. Marketing frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or call (602) 641-4850. Consent is not a condition of hiring us, buying anything or getting a reply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Influence is not liable for losses that come from using it, from a link to another site, or from a temporary outage. Nothing here limits a right the law gives you that cannot be limited.
